If you forgot your PIN, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Open your Tala app and tap "Forgot PIN"
- Provide the details shown on the screen to help us verify your identity.
- Check the verification code that we will send to your phone number via SMS.
- Enter the verification code in your Tala app.
- Set a new PIN for your Tala account.
If your PIN has been blocked, please submit the following details through our contact form:
- Full name
- Tala-registered number and email address
- Front photo of the valid ID that you submitted when opening a Tala account
- A short selfie video where you must:
- Hold your valid ID in front of you
- State your request: "I would like to reset my PIN"
Security Tip: Never share your new PIN and other Tala account details with anyone!
