How can I reset or change my PIN?

If you forgot your PIN, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Open your Tala app and tap "Forgot PIN"
2. Provide the details shown on the screen to help us verify your identity.
3. Check the verification code that we will send to your phone number via SMS.
4. Enter the verification code in your Tala app.
5. Set a new PIN for your Tala account.

If your PIN has been blocked, please submit the following details through our contact form: 

• Full name
• Tala-registered number and email address
• Front photo of the valid ID that you submitted when opening a Tala account
• A short selfie video where you must: 
  
  • Hold your valid ID in front of you
  • State your request: "I would like to reset my PIN"

Security Tip: Never share your new PIN and other Tala account details with anyone!
